Momoiro : Pillow Cake, Outlet TP 3, Surabaya

Cheese bread pertama kali saya nyoba itu punyanya Uncle Tetsu, waktu itu ada open outlet pertamanya, kalau gak salah di Pondok Indah Mall, Jakarta. Saya ingat sekali sepulang kantor saya ke sana dengan pacar saat itu (sekarang sudah mantan).

Nah ternyata ada outlet sejenis yang menjual produk ya serupa. Hanya bedanya ini bentuknya seperti roti bantal sobek gitu, dia tidak dibuat cetakan seperti cake gitu.

Nama outletnya itu Momoiro, outlet yang saya datangi ini berlokasi di Tunjungan Plaza 3, tepatnya di LG. Ya cari² sendiri sih, soalnya tau sendiri TP bukan mall kecil, luas dan banyak jalannya, jadi harus nyoba². Yang jelas ini outlet ada di bridge menuju TP lainnya, kalau gak salah sih begitu ya.

Jadi Momoiro itu menjual pillow cake atau kue bantal seperti yang saya bilang tadi di atas. Dan Momoiro merupakan resep asal Taiwan lho, itu tertulis di websitenya:

Momoiro punya beberapa varian pillow cake antara lain:

# Momo : Momoiro original pink pillow cake filled with vanilan custard that is made fresh dialy.

# Chizu : Dedicated for the cheese lovers, Chizu pillow cake uses red cheddar cheese in our signature cheese sauce that is perfectly double layered within the pillow cake and then topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese for that extra oomph.

Kue bantal Momoiro ini enak dikonsumsi selagi hangat, itu rekomendasinya ya, dan itu memang benar.

Dari atas ke bawah ya: Momo, Chizu, Pandan, Ahiru.

Urutan dari atas ke bawah: Kohi, Dipudaku, Oreo.

Our pillow cakes are best consumed while they are hot. You can also store them in airtight containers in the chillers for the next 3 days to maintain their fluffiness.

Outlet di Jakarta tersebar cukup banyak, jadi jangan khawatir cari roti bantalnya Momoiro ini, kalau di Jawa Timur, untuk saat ini ya ada di Pakuwon Mall dan di Tunjungan Plaza 3.
